Shipping to your delivery address is guaranteed within 1-2 working days for all orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Monday till Thursday.

The price for shipping to your delivery address with Swiss Post within 1-2 Working days is 7.00 CHF. Swiss Post is the deliverer for your delivery.

The ordered goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You will pay the shipping costs.

A return is only possible for unused, clean and undamaged goods in the original packaging including all labels and papers, possible.

The returned goods are credited using the same means of payment that you selected during the transaction in the Jolidon online shop.
